I noticed that the surface texture was a little better, but the leather was still mostly shrunken
This leather rejuvenator worked really well for me. It took some time, to take effect, but it really restored my water damaged car seats. My project: 2009 BMW with optional 'Dakota' leather that was in pristine condition before.... The windows and sunroof were left wide open in an all-night rain. Not just a little wet, SOAKING inch-of-water on the floorborads kind of catastrophe. The leather was totally waterlogged, swollen and mushy, then shrank when it dried so the seat bottoms were hard and cardboard-like.For a couple-weeks I tried daily applications of mainstream leather treatment, with no effect. Then got over the shockingly high price and bought Leatherique rejuvenator/pristine.The stuff is nasty and sticky. Hard to wash off your hands. I applied it only to the seat bottoms initially and left the car in the garage for a few days (June in Houston, so quite warm). After cleaning with the leatherique cleaner, I noticed that the surface texture was a little better, but the leather was still mostly shrunken.I read somewhere that leather like this is sealed on the surface, so I didn't expect instant results, but it looked like the oils were getting into the leather (there has to be some surface permeability or the water wouldn't have soaked it, right?).I did two more multi-day applications over the next couple weeks and saw incremental improvements each time, but it took several more weeks for the shrinking to gradually relax. I assume this was because of the oils slowly diffusing through the leather.During this time, I also treated the shift boot and parking brake boot. The parking brake boot looked fine, but was always stiff and felt paper-like (in the 2 years I have had the car anyway). Since the shift boot and parking brake aren't really ever touched, I just left the oil on them for the last few weeks, and both have shown a remarkable improvement. I don't think they are the same quality leather as the seats, but both are feeling much more supple now, without a feeling of papery-crispness.

Works great!
This was nice! I got a used vehicle with leather seats so they needed a little rehab. It’s relatively expensive but is about the best I’ve used. It doesn’t have much smell. It was pretty easy to use. It takes time but not difficult. It didn’t leak and is great quality. My seats look great and are more comfortable than ever.

Decent Leather Cleaner
It did a decent but not great job of cleaning a leather coat. Unfortunately, the cleaner solution is NOT hypoallergenic and I ended up with a rash on my neck after washing the soap off the collar. Will wash the collar several more times with hot, soapy water before wearing it.

A product that lived up to the claims.
I purchased this product after reading several reviews and well worth the cost over other products. It is not a quick process but the results couldn't be more amazing. Used on BMW M6 Nappa Leather interior that hadn't been moisturized in many years, if ever, before I owned it. The leather was stiff in many areas from dryness and sun exposure and shinny with dirt, oils, and contact. I used the rejuvenator first. Applied several times over a 24hr period till the seats and door panels stopped soaking it up and remained glossy and tacky to the touch (see pic). The dry looking patches in the pic is the leather soaking up the rejuvenator and needed more applied. Afterwards, it sat another 10 hours before I used the cleaner and horse hair brush, rinsed with warm towel and dried any remaining moisture. Afterwards, all the leather was soft to the touch and had the feel of new leather as well. Definitely a fan of the product!

Works great!
I used it on my 1998 BMW M Roadster. It cleaned and softened my black leather seats. I also used re-coloring gel beforehand and the seats look and feel practically new.

Outstanding results!
I have used Leatherique for years. Brought back cardboard leather to smelling and feeling great. Yes, it’s not as easy as wipes, but wipes won’t give you this level of results.

No brand video how this two bottles different leather treatments works
It’s disappointing that the brand Amazon product selling page has displayed a user’s not good video instead of the brand video explaining how this works and clearing the product confusion in which applications first need to apply the Prestine Clean and in which specific applications need to apply only the Rejuvenator oil, or in sequence with the cleaning solution? The brand selling this pair of different solution bottles should have done a better product description job with associated video description for different applications. The brand left to its customers to figure out how to use leather solutions.

Tried them all and this one is the best
I'm a professional detailer. i've tried them all and the results I get from the leatherique system blow the competition away. I also own a BMW M3 and only use this conditioner and cleaner. I've used Chemical Guys, Griots garage, Meguiars, Lexol, 303, swissvax (expensive stuff), and they all SUCK! They strip away the leather dye and don't leave the leather soft. I hate products that ruin the matte finish by looking glossy and hard. Simply apply the oil heavily then let it sit fo 24 hours. Clean off with the cleaner and you'll be blown away.
