まろやかな味とほんのり甘い香り、美味しかったです。ただマキネッタではなくドルチェグスト用のカプセルに粉を入れて使いましたがラヴァッツアのコーヒーは何の問題もなくいれられたのがこちらは粉が粗いため薄くなってしまいました。素直にマキネッタ買おうかな。

I was sceptical about the caramel flavour at first, but decided to try it and was happily surprised! I use a bialetti to make my espresso and a wonderful caramel smell evaporates when I am brewing my espresso. It does have a subtle caramel taste, which becomes more pronounced if you add milk. I'm definitely buying this product again. The espresso is not too complex or strong, so if that is what you prefer this might not be for you.

KALDIで水出しコーヒー用に挽いてと伝えるとエスプレッソ用として売られている豆くらい凄く細かい状態でもらった。だったらエスプレッソ用の挽いた豆でも水出しコーヒー入れれるんじゃ。普通のドリップでもおいしんじゃ？と、どちらもやっています。水出しコーヒーは美味しいけど、当たり前だが時間がかかる。2-3日に1回水出しコーヒー。あとはドリップです。ドリップでいつもまとめて600のお湯に24-27ｇの豆です。80度近くまで下がったお湯を(沸騰してほっといたらいつもほっときすぎて、この位の温度になってしまう)ぼちぼち落としてます。かなり濃いめなので、普通の氷入れて調度良いです。このコーヒーを氷状態にして、グラスいっぱい入れて牛乳足して飲んでも美味しいです。

マキネッタとカミラで使用。I社の粉ばかり使っていたのですが、気分を変えてみたいのと、L社の粉の金と黒が好みではなかったので、試しに買ってみました。結果としてはアタリで、淹れ方で変わりますが比較的マイルドな飲み口で、様々な飲み方にあうしコスパも良く、もちろん流通パッケージのまま置けば保存も効きますから、普段使いに良いと感じました。
