This is a far superior Vitamin E supplement then anything else on the market. I would highly recommend you take this supplement for your Vitamin E needs. According to the late Dr. Stephen Sinatra (who has a few books out on cardiovascular disease especially the one on"The Great Cholesterol Myth, Revised and Expanded: Why Lowering Your Cholesterol Won't Prevent Heart Disease--and the Statin Free Plan that Will), talks about a higher gamma supplement. This Vitamin has all 4 in it, alpha, beta, delta and gamma. I wouldn't use anything less. Also in this book, he talks about fish oil - they are not all alike...in that Squid oil is better for your heart than fish and there is no burp of fish taste. He markets the squid under his name which you can get on Amazon as well.

The media could not be loaded. I have used vitamin E for years but I especially love this one because it has tocotrienols and it was a great value compared to other i have used in the past. I use it mainly for brain (migraine) and cardiovascular health but I think an added bonus is that my hair has remained thick and my skin has remained healthy. I keep a capsule in my manicure kit on my nightstand with a small needle hole punched in it. I squeeze a tiny bit out onto my hands before bed each night.

On one side of the label, it says the ingredient name is "EVNol SupraBio" from ExcelVite. Then, on the other side of the label, it says it contains "TocoGaia Ultra."The previous version of this product did indeed contain EVNol SupraBio. This is the form that has been used in numerous human clinical & other scientific studies. It included an emulsifier that enhanced bioavailability by an average of 250% compared to other palm oil tocotrienol products.I don't know what validated studies the TocoGaia Ultra has to support its efficacy claims.Healthy Origins must remove the EVNol SupraBio & ExcelVite names from the label.If you want THE palm oil-derived tocotrienols proven effective in numerous studies, stick with a product containing EVNol SupraBio.

I was happy to discover this blend of Vit E Tocotrienols, ea small softgel contains 4 tocotrienols including the D-Gamma in the amount of 26 mg. The D-Gamma is one of the most important for our health. I provide a 4 star rating only because it's too early to make any judgements, however I did some basic research on the Healthy Origins company and believed I can trust in their quality.
