It's great! Lots of magnesium!
So delicious! And it's not wet like people are saying. That's the magnesium! It just seems wet. That's how you know it's the real stuff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure, Mineral-Rich, and Flavorful!"I've tried many salts, but Celtic sea salt is by far the best! It has a clean, mineral-rich taste that enhances the flavor of my food without being overpowering. The texture is perfect, whether used for cooking or as a finishing salt. Plus, knowing it's unrefined and packed with essential minerals makes me feel great about using it daily. Real sea salt
Real Celtic salt! It also helps with headaches as well. Boil a cup of water and use a half teaspoon.

A GOOD PRODUCT
We purchase Celtic salts because of the mineral benefits, and this particular brand is highly rated in that regard. We did notice that this salt is a bit more 'wetter' in moisture than other Celtic salts when we opened the sealed container, which makes feeding an automatic salt dispenser just a bit more challenging; we'll see if it naturally dries out over time and whether the grinder is impacted. It is also a slightly larger grain and grayer (in color) than other sea salts, but since we use it as a cooking additive rather than a finishing salt, this isn't an issue. Taste is excellent and what you expect in a sea salt. We used it initially to dry brine a turkey, and the results were excellent, so we would recommend this product at this time.
