No - far from. This is a standard sized bottle, not the smaller bottles that are commonly used for testers.

What notes or fragrances are actually in the cologne?

The composition of Heritage is as follows: Top notes are aldehydes, juniper berries, lavender, green notes, violet, clary sage, petitgrain, bergamot and lemon; middle notes are cyclamen, coriander, carnation, patchouli, pepper, balsam fir, orris root, jasmine, lily-of-the-valley, rose, geranium and pink pepper; base notes are sandalwood, amber, musk, oakmoss and cedar. It's longevity is good - 6 - 8hrs. on average whereas it's sillage is mild initially but settles into more of a skin scent within two to three hours.
