These are an excellent snack that will keep you full and hydrated. The jelly definitely helps water retention. I’ve seen a noticeable difference in the moisture levels in my face since using these as a snack a few times a week. They taste delicious, have the consistency of jelly’s you get in milk tea, and each pouch has enough jelly to keep you full for a few hours.

These taste great. I got it in mango flavor and they taste better the colder they are. I was skeptical about these helping at all with my skin, but not only have they helped soothe some of the redness I get on my skin, it has ALSO helped me digestively. I suffer from frequent constipation due to my IBS and I find that consuming these jelly snacks not only keeps me full longer, it also helps empty out my system. I love it and will buy again!

I got these for two reasons: I hoped for the supposed weight loss benefits of konjac—more specifically, how it can make you feel fuller—and I wanted to see if I’d notice any difference in my skin after taking collagen. It’s not like there was anything wrong with the product—my experience with it was fine, I didn’t have necessarily a bad experience, I just think it’s too expensive for what it is. I think the novelty of this made the price seem more fair when I ordered it, because of course I knew the price was high—$2 per pack—but after trying these, I don’t think it did anything meaningful enough for me to justify buying these again.As far as the collagen + vitamin c added, most Americans already get enough vitamin C, so I didn’t really care that it was there. However, I’ve never tried taking any collagen supplements or anything before so I was passively interested in trying it. I can say that it absolutely had a positive effect on my skin. I was completely shocked, but after no other change to my normal skincare routine or diet, my skin was noticeably brighter and smoother.For what I was hoping for with weight loss/satiety, the snacks were slightly more filling than a cup of jell-o, but I found much better results just taking actual glucomannan supplements (which were much cheaper btw). Glucomannan is the fiber found in Konjac root and, when glucomannan powder mixes with water, it forms a very thick gel. The theory behind why glucomannan can make you feel fuller is that, on top of all the benefits of just being a fiber, the powder expands in your stomach, slowing down its emptying and the overall digestion process. This snack is supposedly glucomannan mixed with water, some flavoring, and the added vitamin c and collagen, so the way I see it, you could be missing out on some of those benefits for satiety because you’re consuming an already-hydrated form of glucomannan. This is just speculation, but for me, glucomannan capsules worked better and were cheaper. So if prolonged satiety is important to you then maybe you’d benefit more from just buying powder supplements. But, if you just want a somewhat-filling, low-calorie snack, then your perspective might be different.

It is tasty and easy to consume, I prefer the mango and the grape the most. Be sure to squish it thoroughly so that it comes out easily.

Love the Lychee flavor, it's a little sweet and sour but that's makes it tasty. What I find to be the easiest was to ingest this out of the pouch is to blow into the pouch and suck out the jelly and the collagen fluids. Becareful to not slurp too hard or it's gonna go all the way back of your throat.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The watermelon flavor is so natural and refreshing, I was pleasantly surprised! It is also sweet kind of like jolly rancher, but maintains a realistic flavor. If you enjoy jellies or tapioca pearls, you should love this snack as well. Chilled, it was freaking delicious and very satisfying. I’m looking forward to try more flavors!

It’s not bad per se but the taste makes me feel like I’m swallowing perfume.
