Loved it, quality is very good, sharpness is excellent for normal cutting, and grip is also nice....a Swiss quality knife....highly recommended....high is the price but so is the quality.....thanks Amazon..

For the first few days, this knife was unbelievably sharp. We had to be really careful when using it for the first couple of weeks. It's been two months now since we've been using it and it has lost lose some of its sharpness. But it is still the sharpest knife we've had in our house in the past few years and it is everyone's favourite.The drawbacks are that it doesn't look or feel great (thin plastic handle) and, of course, the price. But the purpose of a knife is to cut and this is everyone's favourite in the house now. In fact, I'm writing this review because I'm back on Amazon to order another one... for the times when two people are working in the kitchen simultaneously. Nobody wants to use the other knives now.

Light weight and very sharp user friendly but be careful when cutting

I am a amateur home cook and was using local 30..50...100 rupee local knife. Since I have been cooking for a long time I thought of upgrading my knife and got this for myself. It's a kind of knife in which you only have to give direction and little to none amount of force and it cuts like knife on butter....really sharp ...ergonomic and well balanced.....to use this better get a chopping board rather then your thumb...just my 2 cents.....

though it is just too early to say about this knife, i think it is the best knife i used so far. value for money. very sharp and i believe will be durable. but i would recommend this knife as a good value buy.

Purchased the knife in April,and was really happy with the sharpness..But after a period of 7 months, it has become blunt. Feel disappointed that inspite of paying Rs.500 the sharpness disappeared in matter of 6 months. So the brand is just similar to any locally available Rs 50 knife. Feeling duped...is this why I paid Rs.500.??????I don't see any scope of getting it shared externally
