Discipline Equals Freedom

I've read all the three, most famous U.S. Navy seal books.Personally, I believe that discipline equals freedom is not a book that you'd want to just sit down and enjoy reading while having your coffee, its moreover a book that you're supposed to read when you feel that you don't want to continue doing your work. I highly recommend you to put it on your desk, and open any random page and start reading when you feel like lying in bed and leaving everything for 'tomorrow'

Don't read hundreds of booksThis book in itself is complete pack of jet fuelI never tells you right or wrong instead that's youBut I has got so many examples of scenario so that you will fit in any oneAnd there the journey of analysis startsBest part of the book wasYou just need two things to make any thing possible I.e., emotion and logic both should work together for common goal

It's not really a self help book.. It contains excerpts from the Jocko podcast which are awesome and I love.. It is what it claims to be i.e. a field manual.. I keep it on my study table and whenever I tend to slack off I read some and get after it..

Must read . It will inspire u . Definitely make u think about ur lifestyle and the places u lack the will .

The content of the book is brilliantBut the quality of the book is pathetic, bunch of pages were coming out. (Have also attached pictures of the condition of my book)Plus it has been printed on black paper with white ink, which was difficult for me to read (I.e. reverse printing)

Discipline equals Freedom field manual is an awesome book you can go for it if you want a disciplined life.
