Not the exact size specified, messed up my project plan.
Disappointed. I wanted to make a rail slide for a diy tracksaw. The aluminium channel was quoted to be 15mm wide with a wall thickness of 1.5mm…leaving a clear space between of 12mm. However, the 12 mm bar stock I had purchased didn’t fit (it did not help the bar stock was a fraction oversize, but that's a separate review) …My dial caliper showed the channel clear space to be 11.7mm, which tho’ not far out IS undersize. So, between this undersize channel and my oversize bar stock I couldn’t make the rail slides as envisaged. I didn’t send it back, I’ll try to find an alternative slider material….of 11.7mm width.
