i can only advise on my stihl ms390, with 20 inch bar, it fits

Q: Will this fit an MS 181 Stihl?

Researched and wrote a longer reply, but amazon cut me off mid flow. In brief Thsi 20" bar looks afr ttoo big for a lightweight MS181 (14" or 16") and uses a differnt chain profile from teh MS181 which, if cahnged might beworng for teh sprocket. Refer p.48 of MS181 manual (on Stihl UK website) or try looking up on Stihl UISA website althoyugh elss easy than it used to be. Looks highly unsuitable for multipel reasons.
