Original book at reasonable price. I would prefer to everyone.

Overall book is very good, with impressive and detail information but i disappointed with the thing that 65 pages are missing(from 7 to 71).its not good and really disappointed

Book still needs much editing. Words and sentences are repeated needlessly. Eg. worse in morning, worse before eating, worse by motion, better by this, better by that, better by ..... By removing repetitions the book can be reduced to 3/4 of it.
