Great for 3D Printing
I got this to keep an eye on my 3D printer when I'm in a different room.It links up through my raspberry Pi running Octoprint. It has a very short focal length 2.8cm and has adjustable focus, so positioning the camera close to the print bed is not an issue. The photo shows my camera, set up at around 5cm from the front of the bed. Very good quality pictures and ideal if you're into timelapse of your prints. It only comes with a short (15cm approx) ribbon so you may need to get a longer one depending where your pi is located.

Decent camera module - FOV way smaller then specified
While the camera is working fine I was hoping for a defined Field Of View: D=148° H=118°. Is it not even close to it. I would say that is it closer to D=70-80°.For my application is not usable at all, and I'm considering returning it, but if you need a narrower FOV then it might be just fine for you.

Works at 1280x960, do not ask for more
It reports 2592x1944 and there is no way you can run it at that resolution. motion times out trying to work with it.It is probably possible to run it at 1920x1080 in picture at a time mode - have not tried. Trying to stream video on the new Raspberry Pi A+ results in corrupt images and it is not useable for CCTV (what I wanted it for)It works out of the box with oat 1280x960 which is less than what I wanted, but will do the job for this amount of money. It has one definitive advantage - it's cheap. So if you are OK at 1280x960 - it will do the job.

Good Pi camera with lots of lens options.
I think this is an excellent Pi camera because it has an M12 lens holder and a lens too. It makes it easy to adjust focus including for macro shots, and of course means it can be used with other M12 CCTV lenses too. It's a little bigger than the usual Pi camera boards (see attached photo) but not excessively so, and it's build quality seems good. So overall I'm very happy with it :-)

Good alternative to the official pi cam
Bigger than the official pi cam but not by much.Has some good adjustment on the focus and as you can remove the lense ots possible to use a telescope for prime focus.Having had an original pi cam, I found this one easier to adjust.

Pretty average even for £10
Pretty sure you can do better

Good camera, but poor performance in low light conditions, and not the widest angle
This is a good camera overall (I am using it for a CCTV camera project with a Raspberry Pi Zero W), but it has poorer performance in low light than the MakerHawk camera that I also have. It's also not the widest angle camera in the world. Hoping it will work in the dark with enough infra-red illumination (I removed the IR filter from the lens).
