Q: Best by 12/99? Received a package of the cinnamon horn and raisin snails from a big box store and the expiration says 12/99. Future or past?

Unfortunately it’s probably past. I say that because when I purchased my product I honestly did not look at the best by date. I assumed that it would be acceptable and I was wrong. At least 5 of the individual pastries had mold on them upon arrival. My suggestion is to return it for something fresher or a refund.

I don't remember. I ordered these a couple of years ago. When I received them, they were fresh.
