Glitter Embroidery Women Backpack Purse, Fashion Canvas Travel Anti-theft Rucksack Shoulder Bag (Black)

It's GORGEOUS and these beautiful embroidered "purses" continue to delight my senses. I have a shoulder-tote, (my second), that I love. Sadly, my PT person and my ENT have instructed me to use a back-pack as I tend to carry a lot and my right shoulder stays "up" and this impacts my neck...which then can cause light-headedness. Sigh. (probably my hip too... )While this beautiful back-pack won't carry as much (I like being prepared ... overly so), it will force me to "go lighter". It does carry my cell phone and my 24 oz water bottle in the side pockets (good). And I really appreciate the "security" of having the side that will be facing my back to not provide easy-pickings from the top (or even my former tote).The front panel is purely decorative. (beautifully decorative)The back-pack has adjustable black straps and a carry-loop on top. I don't love the brass buckles that provide the adjustable option. (I may paint them black as they deter from the beauty of the embroidery) There are also brass anchor attached to the bottom of the backside that holds the straps.The bag has two brass zipper levers so you to meet them at the top or you can use one lever to zip all the way around the zippered section. The zipper is black.INSIDE: Lined in a black nylon fabric. Inside the flap, is a zippered section that can easily hold your keys and/or small items (lipstick, etc) My cell phone is too big for it to zip closed and too vulnerable when opening the flap without zipping closed. Also inside are two stitched "drop" pockets. One side snugly fits my cell phone should I decide to put it there. The other side is slightly larger which does easily fit my large sunglasses case. There is loose room inside for your wallet, a book, assorted items. 12" across x 5" deep x 9" high inside clearance.The backside and the bottom of the backpack is a heavy black twill fabric - very durable. The sides have the same black twill halfway down and the embroidery fabric halfway up (which serves as the side pockets for a water bottle (see gold arrow), keys or cell phone if desired. AND...There's more!! There are two hidden zippered pockets on each side of the front embroidered front.(hahahaha...maybe I WILL be able to fit all my STUFF in this back-pack!) Pretty brilliant design and very sturdy.

What you can't see: thr main body of the bag is big enough for a rolled up throw blanket, 32oz nalgene, book, and some nicknacks. It's spacious, but still looks dainty and proportionate to my 5'8" slim frame. Not like a big backpack. Also, access to the prinary storage area is not the top or front, as with most purses, but the back portion that rests against your back. There are two concealed zippers on the front sides with small (checkbook or wallet) sized pockets. Each side of the back has a little drop in pocket just large enough to safely place a phone with just the end sticling out. The straps and handle are some kind of pleather with free moving metal hardware. All around, this is convenient and easy to adjust. As far as functionality, every zipper moves freely and feels sturdy and the design offers some security from would be thieves on public transport or waiting areas. The material on the back (main access) is a heavy canvas (think duck cloth) that is not bad, it's just not elegant when viewed up close. I will say that, as a whole, the bag appears intentionally designed for industrial extravagance. It matches well with my usual black wool coat and dresses and leather coat with jeans. The embroidery and sequin work is fantastic! It gets a lot of compliments. With the items listed, it was comfortable all day and easy to slip on and off at will.

Great bag for outings as it's super secure! Access to your things is gained through the back of the bag that's against you. There are side pockets for water bottles or whatever you'd like to use them for and zip pockets in the front seams that could hold items like sunscreen or chapstick and hand sanitizer. The interior has large and small open pockets and a smaller zippered one for organizing. The material is beautiful, especially the peacock design and my daughter found it sturdy and easy to carry. It can hold quite a lot and overall is a great bag!

Love this purse/backpack and get compliments each time. The zipper access is such that when you wear it as a backpack, the zipper is up against your back so it's very safe and secure. The fabric is very colorful, durable and stays clean; the zippers are high quality and work well. It holds a fair amount of 'stuff' and has a couple of almost secret compartments for stashing the smaller stuff.

The bag is heavily sequined and sparkly to a level the picture does not fully capture. I expected a bag with embroidered elements resembling an Asian cheongsam—some metallic thread with a subtle sheen from lightly sprinkled sequins—as represented by picture. The picture failed to accurately portray the Vegas strip level of bling that is for people who REALLY like sequins or intend to use this as an evening backpack. I bought this for vacation, but had to buy a replacement in a pinch and returned from vacation too late to return. Bummer.

Beautiful little backpack fits almost everything I need. Definitely holds all the essentials wallet,key, phone,a small book to read,a hoodie etc!! It really can hold more than I thought it would. Even have a makeup bag , snacks,pads etc in the extra pockets. My only complaint is a couple of threads have come out from the embroidery on the peacock but it's otherwise a great bag.

Great quality. Have had numerous compliments on this bag. Just beautiful embroidery and small sequins. Not just beautiful but very durable and useful.
