It has been over 20 years since I last took Creatine. Back then I was a gym rat with an awesome physic and fitness program. I’ve used creatine powder before. When it comes to consuming things though, I would definitely suggest getting it in a capsule form over powder!

I hate using the powder and am very happy with these pills! Works very well and the results are noticeable

few pills were Broken inside the package and GNC wasn't able to help me.
