Is this a third party product? Ive heard that third party game cube controllers are poor quality. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Have plugged the controller in via usb but getting no response or options on the switch? any ideas?

Did you plug it in to the back of the switch? Or the front? Either or should work but I’d check all ports invade ad the controller may have come broken :(
