Considering the quality of this brand(Neuhaus) it is clear that there was problems in handling , storage and transport ! The chocolate show white spots and lack of shine and it is clear a handling problem degrading the quality for this pricier Belgian chocolate! Very disappointed

I love Neuhaus chocolates but several pieces were melted. I contacted Neuhaus but have not heard back yet. I will update this if I hear back from them. 30.00 for 12 pieces of chocolate is a lot- it’s worth it for the quality but unfortunately this box was not quality.
