Easy to apply, color stays beautifully, doesn't flake, easy off with soap (well, Dove white)non irritating. I have used this eyeliner for years, a consistently good product.

I have worn The Body Shop liquid eyeliner for YEARS. It has been discontinued. One thing I particularly like about it is the felt tip applicator. This is very similar, and the wear is similar as well. Satisfied.

I am always hunting for the perfect eyeliner. To me the important criteria are availability of good basic colors (do people really need teal or silver or lavender eyeliner? I don't), ease of application, and long wear. Palladio scores well in all three areas.First, the colors: They have black, black/brown, and navy, as well as a few more shimmery shades that I don't use. I currently have the black and black brown shades, and have had the navy in the past. They are exactly the rich colors you expect them to be.Second, I love the ease of application. It's eyeliner liquid with a felt tip applicator. To me, that's the ideal form eyeliner should take. I find that eyeliner pencil doesn't glide on smoothly or intensely enough, brush applicators are hard to use for even application, and eyeliner markers tend to start out wet and then get dryer as you apply it. Ugh! But Palladio, that I've been using for ages, applies smoothly each time and stays smooth in the bottle for a long, long time. The felt tip is just the right thickness so that you can control the line, from fine to wide depending on how you use it. The top of the bottle is thin, which I find easiest to manipulate.And finally, this stuff lasts all day once applied and dry. Although it is not waterproof, it is smudge-proof and I have never had it melt or bleed. Granted, I have dry skin, so I don't know if having oily eyelids would make it smudge or not. But for me, it lasts perfectly, yet is easy to remove with eye makeup remover, either the oily or non-oily kind.All in all, Palladio is the perfect eyeliner for me, and I recommend it highly.

So glad to have found this product again! My local Ulta hasn't carried it in several years. I wasn't even sure it was still made. Great colors, fun metallic without being clownish. Washes off easily. I love this eyeliner!

I love putting on this eyeliner - application and pigment is top-notch. That's about as far as I can go with my compliments. There is nothing waterproof, water resistant, or smudge-proof about this eyeliner, however.Rinses off very easily with water. I only use this eyeliner to do the little wing cat eyes because I tend to mess them up a lot - and since this eyeliner is easily removed with a precision q-tip dipped in a little bit of water, It's very easy to fix.Ultimately, pretty disappointed because I thought I was buying a quality waterproof eyeliner.

I didn't give this 5 stars because people who can tolerate any kind of eye makeup wouldn't fall in love with this, but you wouldn't hate it either. As a person with highly sensitive eyes and lots of ingredients on my list of "can't tolerate", this is a miracle eyeliner. It stays in place and doesn't smudge easily. If you rub your eyes, it's going to fan. It's not "waterproof". The pigment is beautiful, darker than I thought it would be, but pretty. Easy to make a really fine line or a fat one, whatever you like. Absolutely no reaction from my overly sensitive eyes. Comfortable to wear all day. If I accidentally fall asleep without washing it off, my eyes are still fine. Washes off with whatever eye makeup remover you use.

Great eye liner, applies nicely and had no issues with smudging, but it’s easy to remove. I like the ingredients, and purchased in shimmer black and purple. Would buy again.
