Well made-low cost vibration control for audio gear. You can spend 100's of bucks on "audiophile" vibration-isolation systems OR get some of these guys!

Protects doorframe from pull-up bar
I noticed the foam padding on a pull-up bar I purchased wasn’t thick enough and the bar started denying the mounding. I find these to do the job well.There is no adhesive on these and they do not stick well with just tape. I haven’t tried adhering them with glue yet.

Used under a foot vibrator, much better than without
Used under subwoofer and a really strong foot vibrator. They seem to work well. Doesn't totally isolate the vibrations but it much better than not using them.

really nice stuff, used under some electronics and it deadened the sound of the hard drive and disc spinning
