sure why not
I mean the stuff is fine and I'm sure there's nothing wrong with it but I've been using it for some several months and I don't notice anything different. I'm sure it's not doing any harm but I don't think it does anything good either. I think this is a placebo effect type thing

Kos
Taste is amazing, mixes well and is effective at what it is. Does not last too well once opened, but if you plan on using it in the next few months after opening that's not an issue.

An easy (and tasty) way to add more nutrients to my diet
I recently had oral surgery and was on a liquid diet for a few weeks. While I was unable to eat my usual fruits and veggies this green juice drink came in really handy. I didn't feel like I was missing out on any nutrients - if anything I was probably getting more than I would have from my regular diet! Now that I'm back to being able to eat properly again I've kept up with drinking Kos Show Me The Greens daily. I drink it mixed in either water or orange juice, and I plan on adding a scoop of it into my smoothies from now on.I found that the best way to mix it up is in a protein smoothie mixer bottle. It mixes up very quickly this way, and if I take a little while to drink it and it settles on the bottom I can just give it a little shake. I did find that I had to stir quite a lot when I mixed it up in a glass; especially with cold water straight from my fridge. When I tried it with room temperature water it mixed much more easily. The flavor is sweet but not over powering. It definitely still has a "greens" taste to it, but is much more palatable than others I have tried.

Instant nausea!!! Beware this product!
I usually don’t leave reviews, however I feel like something has to be said about this product. First it’s so very sweet… like sweeter than apple juice sweet. My first time drinking it, I was in a rush so I drank it fast and was so so nauseous afterwards. So I decided to try it again, with food in my stomach… and purposefully sipping it so I didn’t drink too much at once. Almost instantly I was super nauseous again! I haven’t thrown up in over 20 years, and for whatever reason this mixture almost immediately makes me regret drinking it. My teenage son tried it (before I realized it was making me feel bad), and it also gave him a stomach ache… but more mild than what I was dealing with. I didn’t want it to go to waste, so I offered it to my sister thinking I was just reacting to an ingredient… and she said it made her nauseous too!*** updated review ****I just wanted to update from my original review bc I can’t emphasize how awful this drink was. Now when the add pops up on amazon trying to get me to order again… I’m almost immediately nauseated again and I can instantly taste and smell this drink🤮

An 8.8/10 for Taste, Blending, Preference, + Quality :)
Overall, I would rate KOS's Super Greens Powder an 8.8/10. Its packaging was simple enough, and I honestly think it’s really cute and compact considering that it still holds a month of quantity inside of it. It does come with a small scooper, the first time getting out was a little messy, but otherwise, I appreciated that it came with it. In terms of flavor, I personally couldn't drink more than 3/4 cup. It wasn’t too bad by itself, but I will say, it tastes as you would imagine. It’s not fruity or sweet, and it has a bit of a “foggy texture” if that makes sense. It both has the look, as well as almost a faded taste, or, maybe if you could imagine there being a coating? It’s definitely not something I can continue to drink stand-alone. For the sake of reviewing the product, I didn't mix it with anything, I wanted to give my opinion on its natural state. However, in the future, I’ll probably mix it in with smoothies or refresher drinks to help cover the “greens bitterness” and that “cloudiness” that I was referring to. Also, I personally prefer my drinks chilled, so in this case, the product isn't the best for those like me either considering you have to continue to mix it properly, and if you wait for it to cool down, it will separate. I haven't attempted to put it in the fridge despite this and try to re-mix it, but I've checked other online reviews and their own instructions, and basically, it may not work anyway. I'm still going to try to see if it's a method that could work for me to not waste anything, but we shall see. Lastly, in terms of odor, I actually thought it smelled like the apple sorbet flavor, but it lost the taste in the drink transition, unfortunately. I’m hoping by mixing it with other things some of that apple-fruity-ness will come back. I definitely think it's a great alternative if you're looking for a greens-filled alternative, but as I said earlier, I would do so cautiously if you’re not the type to be able to force-drink if it doesn’t meet your taste expectations, or of course, if you think you’ll be able to add it to things you already drink or plan on making. In terms of price, I think it would've been better off around the $25 mark instead of the $33-$35 mark, or maybe to have it cheaper if you buy it in bulk quantities or on the subscription plan, but otherwise, I don't think the pricing was too bad if it works well for you and you enjoy the mixture. I hope this helps:)
