Brilliant for Homemade Pizza
I brought this product to make homemade pizza in my pizza oven. The product worked brilliantly and the end product gave me the Neapolitan style texture base that I longed for. Will be buying again

Arrived on time and well packaged.Good value for a 2pack.Reliable brand.I had recently tried to use instant yeast in some recipes and failed badly so went back to this and will be sticking with it.

Perfect - Better Than Instant
Used for baking one loaf every week for years. I get better results with this than instant. Starter is 400ml of very warm water with two tablespoons of malt extract. Wait 12-15 minutes to foam. Add 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil and add to flour, then knead well. Prove for about 1½ hours. Bake 40mins at 200ºC.

Maybe don’t store for too lonh
I usually find Dried Active yeast really really good but I am now wary of buying too many at a time as in the past stored drums have become inactive even though well inside the BB date. The first drum of my latest purchase is excellent I hope the second one will be as good.

Perfect but I bought the wrong one
I meant to buy the green one, easy bake but bought this by mistake lol, I’ll use it still but it was t what I wanted. No fault of seller so rated high, it still works as intended.
