No instructions or operating manual

It comes with a pamphlet that says "Operating manual" on it but contains no instructions on how to use it. They've added an A5 sheet of paper that has contact details and links to a short 36 second video that doesn't explain how to set the machine properly. The video demonstrates the product being used but what I received appears different to what's in their youtube video. I don't know if I need to swap some parts over before using it.Super frustrating because I'm not sure how they expect anyone to know how to use it if they've never used one of these before!
