Works fantastic! Even on stubborn Florida fleas!
Works great without side effects- even on stubborn Florida fleas! I used to treat my indoor/outdoor cats with Advantage2 for fleas. It just didn’t work. The fleas came back within a day and it drove me nuts to see my cats scratching their heads off and being constantly on the lookout for fleas around my house. I also didn’t like that the Advantage2 had no expiration date on the original packaging, which seems weird for a medical product. I used Cheristin 5 weeks ago and I had no issues with fleas yet! First I was skeptic about it because it only kills the adult fleas, not the eggs or larvae. But it definitely WORKS! The best is, that my cats showed zero side effects. Absolutely fantastic product for a fantastic price!

Drug resistance flea?
I have an indoor cat. I had been struggling to get rid of fleas for two years. I tried many things but they didn’t work. I was exhausted. I saw a review that mentioned about they live in the Houston,TX area and Cheristin worked for their cat. I live nearby and I tried this medication as well . Unbelievable, it really worked. If you living this area and struggling with the fleas you should try this. Another thing I want to mention is that our cat is shedding more after this medication. But it is worth it to get rid of fleas.

fleas are basically gone
Both of my indoor cats got fleas for the first time about 4 days ago and my vet recommended this. I gave them dawn dish soap baths with a collar of soap around their necks and was able to see A TON of fleas. I put the cheristin on 2 days ago and have been brushing diligently along with cleaning/doing laundry. As far as I can see they both of close to NOTHING! They are both relaxed and self-grooming/scratching less. I will say they may be a little sleepy 1 day after the medicine but just keep an eye on them. I will be reapplying once a month from now on to keep the fleas away.

Works well for fleas but...
This works well for fleas, my cat is indoors so fleas aren't a huge problem but he has had them in the past. Another brand I was using started giving my cat a rash so I changed to this brand based on a vets recommendation. This keeps fleas away, but it leaves the fur around the application site greasy for longer than other brands and the scent it gives off is really strong so if you cuddle with them, you'll be smelling it days. Doesn't seem to cause any skin irritation though.

This seemed to work!
This was one of several layers that I was using for flea elimination.I do believe it helps and since I used four different products this was one of the myriad and it seemed to help. Got another few weeks before I can make that determination. If I don't write anymore it's because it worked.

Helps my foundlings, but PLEASE read this caution
I've been adopted by feral and/or abandoned young boys in my complex the last few years. All came with fleas and other "left outside" problems. I advocate the flea comb to chemicals. It's a great way to bond with a traumatized cat and takes care of most flea problems. But my gang can't handle being 100% indoor (yet). And Big Marlow has a feral girlfriend who can't be combed (pic 1 - he's fixed). So I need help during peak flea season. Cheristin has been a life saver.Be smart though. Don't put it on a very small cat - or at least not a full vial. Don't put it on a cat with open wounds or cats who have sensitivities. If a flea or two escapes the flea comb, it's better than risking poisoning your cat. Never treat more than one cat per day. Try to isolate the treated cat for 24 hrs so no one licks him and you can watch him for signs of a bad reaction. Most cats don't care if they have a couple of fleas. And the resulting tapeworms aren't a big health concern (gross, but not dangerous). The flea comb should be sufficient for most cats most of the time. Chemicals should be a last resort. I don't risk it with Fluffy because he's had reactions to other meds. But if you're at the end of the line, this stuff works 1000% better than anything else I've tried. Just know beforehand that it comes with risks.

Works great!
Killed all fleas off cat in 24 hours and I was also able to give my large cat the Amazon brand and that did the same and he is primarily outside so this stuff works! Totally worth 16 bucks for 6 weeks. 8 times a year at most but honestly every couple months works.
