This is such a simple device for tension relief!
I LOVE THIS. I had a smaller one that unfortunately my dog also enjoyed as a chew toy. This is such a small affordable tool that packs a big punch. The nodules are just perfect to relieve the muscles in the neck and upper back. It helps me with those pain points and relieving tension. I was happy to find one that did not have wooden pieces (balls on the end) that my dog would be able to chew off.

An effective product deserves to be known
I rarely left reviews, but this time I feel compelled to do so because this product is truly saving me. I believe it will benefit many people like me who spend eight hours a day sitting at their desks. Those points around your neck, believe me, are the areas that need massaging after a long day’s work, and this product is precisely designed to help you achieve that. Simply place it on a yoga blanket and lay your back on it, starting from the widest points of your neck. You’ll feel completely refreshed! It’s unfair to see many customers giving negative feedback to this seller simply because they lack proper usage instructions. The seller is partly responsible for this, and they should provide clearer instructions to help people understand how to use their product effectively.

neck is happy
I was skeptical and it took me more than a few tries to get this work, but it is actually dope. I wish there was more options for widths so I could use it even more places. Sometimes I go down my whole spine and position it next to each vertebra in turn and wiggle side to side.Very good for it's intended purpose, laying and relaxing the body to stretch these parts of neck that hold the most tension. Sometimes it's hard to decide when to stop because it feels so good. I don't think that I can apply this kind of pressure while allowing my body to relax, so I am grateful to have this tool to help me. I have connective tissue/eds but it's mild so I would recommend working with your doctor if you have concerns about overextending joints or dislocation, other than that I think if you can lay down and have a neck you should try this!

I'm extremely skeptical
I have several neck and spine injuries from a car accident years ago and get lots of tension sometimes leading to migraines. I am always on the lookout for something the help ease this and discovered neck traction devices. In spite of this costing twice most similar devices I chose this one because it at least appeared to be chiropractic approved - but I am skeptical even of this.Keeping an eye on the price of this product, it's "full price" is constantly manipulated to make this appear to on sale at any given time. While a bit shady its not an uncommon way to sell products so I decided to try it anyway because I don't need to agree with a sales approach for it to still be a good product.Upon arrival - It smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke. Mostly the product packaging but the product too. The directions included have several lines of broken English and poorly spelled words. In several areas it would address potential problems with the product pushing blame onto the customers. "Some people think our products hurt them but they just aren't giving us a chance" "some people think there are defects with the product but there aren't any moving parts so it's impossible " "This is product is not too small for women. We have thousands of users who are women, just use the smaller side"Everything about it screams unprofessional and I am skeptical a chiropractic doctor from the United States designed this (it was made in China). I do not think that the product is designed to hurt you in any way, but I also know people will put lots of money and faith into trying to find relief from pain and there are those that would use that to their advantage. In spite of this I tried using it as recommended for beginners and didn't notice much other than a cool sensation on the top of my skull. After several attempts where I closely followed the directions I wasn't able to notice any differences. I spoke with my chiropractor and they explained that while cervical traction is a very real treatment it is often done with the guidance of a physical therapist or chiropractor. Based on the lack of result and their advice I returned this product.

Product is good but arrived dirty :/
Product arrived dirty with a mystery brownish substance on it. I was too lazy to return it so I just washed and sanitized it, but I figured I’d make a review so people know about this in case it would bother you. I was looking just now and I’m seeing other reviews saying the same thing. As for the actual product, it works really well and does help, especially when I have tension headaches. I ordered the large size and found it to be perfect ( and I’m a short/small person)

GREAT neck triggerpointers, small AND large version!
Hard shell and very effective. Can tip it different ways and use it other ways. Hits all the right spots. So happy I purchased this. I bought BOTH the large and small one and they work GREAT, touching on different trigger points. They have a weight to them and are not cheap hollow plastic, but more a slight rubbery feel. LOVE THEM

Takes a little wiggling to get it in the right spot but does the trick
I'm 5'5, 140lb gal. Maybe a touch on the petite side but have an althetic build. I used the smallest/narrowest side for my occipital bones at the base of my skull and the wider side for the trigger points at the bottom of my scapula. I prefer a very deep pressure and this does just the trick

Arrived covered in gunk
Two stars because it looks like a good tool, but I won't be using it because it arrived covered in variously shaded colors of gunk. It had clearly been used before, and I will be sending it back without trying it, as soon as I wash my hands... ew.
