No one wants to talk about the borthole.I know this is an awkward review to write, but this stuff really works. I had been dealing with a fissure and hemorrhoids, and Preparation H just wasn’t cutting it. Some days I struggled with intense burning; other days, the itching was unbearable.After reading the reviews, I decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. It’s absolutely worth the price and is the only product that has truly brought me relief. I still have to use daily as maintenance but I am so much more comfortable now.

I was concerned when I read mixed reviews about this cream. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it worked! I had been using every other hemorrhoid cream for about a week with no results and after just 3 applications of this product, I finally felt some relief. I highly recommend this product if you’re experiencing painful hemorrhoids.

At first I thought it was not going to work, applied it at night and waited 20min and nothing. Butt (see what I did there lol) when I woke up I had literally zero pain, and it has now been 24 hours since applying and still no pain. I am so happy I found this

I scream, you scream, we all cream for @ss cream. LOL. This is better than any regular hemorrhoidal ointment in my opinion. It contains 4% lidocaine, which helped me numb the pain, and then goes to work to soothe the hemorrhoid. But you have to use it as directed, three times a day to get best results. I just wish it was also something that cured hemorrhoids.

Just used. Why is there no cap for the applicator? You have to unscrew it and put back the original cap everytime! Prep H for $8 gives youa cap! That's why I gave it only 3 stars!

Finally after 6 years!After my third child I felt an anal Fischer. I was checked but nothing was found. I was rechecked 5 years later and given a prescription but that didn’t work. After a desperate late night amazon search I found this product and finally have relief! Try it out!

So far it’s worked amazing ! I stopped bleeding and swelling. Only thing is when I stopped it came back. I decided to give it another try and be consistent. It’s pretty pricey and the tube last about a month this is my third month . Hopefully it goes away by then
