I mixed a half pack in the morning with water and drink it and then take the other half later in the day. Its a great way for me to take vitamin C and I know it absorbs better than the tablet. I also like to mix a whole pack with water after a heavy fat meal, helps me to digest the meal faster.

The product should have been delivered a sturdy box. The package was very dented and already partially opened because of heavier boxes being placed on top of it. I was surprised to see that the producer has sucroseAnd maltodextrin instead of sugar which I usually get in the Emergency C at Walmart.
