How do the shelves install or are they pre-installed? For ex, is is possible to drill for shelf supports and lay them in, rather than affixing them?

The cabinet comes in flat pieces. Nothing is preinstalled. Everything has its designed placement with predrilled holes. My 14 year old son put it together with a few questions. Nothing too difficult if you lay the pieces out first. The instruction sheet is not the best. Just use good planing.

I received a broken mirror, can you send me the mirror part?

Mine was broken also they sent a replacement however this cabinet is so cheaply made that it is actually pressed paper as opposed to Wood and they call it a wood product it falls apart when you're trying to put it together it is not made to be put anywhere where there is moisture I don't know why they call it a bathroom cabinet don't waste your time or money send it back and get a refund

How wide is the entire cabinet including the outer shelves?

The mirror has a lot of distortion. Is there a way to replace the mirror for a solid glass mirror?

When I bought this item, the mirror was broken when it arrived. The company gave me a partial refund, and I went to a local glass company to have it replaced.
