This is authentic Italian olive! The flavor is fresh and crisp. I love that the flavor keeps even at high cooking temp. It also mixes well and bakes well into desert. The price is on point for this excellent quality olive oil!

Delicious and good quality, pricey-- but I count it as a supplement with the high polyphenols for my health so it's worth it. Can use it as a finishing or a dip, solo, etc. This is my second time to order it. Each time, delivered on time, well packaged, fresh no breakage. I actually prefer a very strong flavor and this is in between--not mild, but not powerful.

I found this after watching Jessi & Alessio's olive oil review on youtube (You’re buying fake Olive Oil.. HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE). It seems expensive, but I wanted to try it anyway. Since the best deal was to purchase the gift set, and I wanted to try all three, I scheduled a few meals around this set and made the order.I invited over some company and we put on a little tasting event the evening after it arrived. I was absolutely blown away at the quality, aroma, and flavor of these oils, especially after comparing it to what I'd "always thought" was olive oil!It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth every penny, and I'll always have this olive oil in my house.

I love all three of their oils, but the Cortese and the Intesimo are fantastic. I love intense olive oil. I wouldn’t use these for cooking, since they are a little more expensive, but the silky flavor and silky feel works perfectly for finishing pasta. Very high quality and is fresh.Update: May 2025I have tried several brands from Italy. This is still superior quality and flavor. Just ordered another bottle. You will love it.If you’re looking for every day cooking oil on the cheap, I’d look elsewhere.

Very tasty. Used as a drizzle, drink. Wouldn't waste cooking with it though. Only thing is the screw on cap is very low quality, and will just spin when putting back on (2 out of the three doing this).

This is a strong olive oil using green new olives. If you are looking for something mellow, this won't make you happy. It's peppery and grassy and adds wonderful flavor. They put the harvest date on each bottle so you know what you are getting.
