This small family in Florence Italy not only ethically harvests and produces the absolute best quality olive oil I’ve ever had, they’re a highly trusted farm that will only sell their best! No gimmicks just pure high quality product! I’m so happy I found this and I’ll never use any other olive oil again!!! Excellent to drink, extremely silky and smooth (almost as though your senses know what you’re using it for) and cooking with it is a delight! Brings out the aroma in food and enhances your flavor and experience! Absolutely in love with this product!

I can’t imagine using anything else from the store. You can tell this olive oil is great quality, especially for an Amazon purchase. It smells amazing and works great for cooking or serving as is to dip. I don’t find it much more expensive than the big bottles of fake stuff at the store. This seems healthy and the real deal.

I wanted a superior xtra virgin olive oil to drink. One tablespoon twice a day before meals to aid in digestion and help with blood sugar levels. Didn't have much of a taste and it does have a "bite" immediately after swallowing. Still worth the money in my opinion.
