I don't have any leaks on my 3 tons Pittsburg car jack. Can I still use/fill this oil as a hydraulic oil?

Yes you can it’s just a thicker viscosity to help prevent a leak. Any hydraulic oil can be used also.

What is the ISO viscosity grade?

Is this an addative to regular oil or do you fill your entire jack with?

Bar’s Leaks Jack Oil with Stop Leak is engineered to stop seal and o-ring leaks caused by normal jack wear and age. If you regularly have to add oil to your jack (and snow plow hydraulics), you’re probably dealing with a leak. This formula renews old jacks and light hydraulics and prevents leaks and seepage on new jacks and hydraulics. Not to mention, it mixes with all approved hydraulic jack oils as well as snow plow fluids, and works in all floor and bottle jacks. It’s 100% safe: non-corrosive, non-clogging and non-foaming. DIRECTIONS Clean area around filler cap. Fill jack to proper level. Do not overfill. Cycle jack by lifting and releasing a few times to release any air caught in system. Leaks usually stop in a few days of normal use. If leak continues, repair may be required. When using the HJ12 (Hydraulic Jack Oil with Stop Leak) top off fluid level as needed. For larger systems use one bottle for every 2 quarts of oil capacity. Do not fill entire jack with HJ12 Fluid. Can I use at outboard tilt engines

We would need a bit more information on the operation of the system and where you would be adding the fluid. If adding to a closed loop hydraulic pump that lifts and lowers the motor then yes you can use this product.
