Huge thin flakes
I bought this to crush into a powder for my rosy red and goldfish pond fry. Flakes are packed into container like pages in a book. Huge very thin flakes that are very easy to crumble into powder. All sizes of my fry go nuts over this food. Very easy for the fish to break into smaller pieces. Very good product.

Been using for over a year
A great option for herbivore/omnivorous fish. Freshwater or saltwater, this is a natural way to bring out the colors of tropical fish.Chlorella is a great nutritional option, as it is about 45% protein, 20% fat, 20% carbohydrate, 5% fiber, and 10% minerals and vitamins. However, no one food should ever be used alone.

Thick and large sized flakes--great for full grown African cichlids
This is the 2nd SeaChem cichlid food I have tried, and it is terrific for larger cichlids. The flakes are very large and comparatively thick and will float for quite a while until they are eaten. My full grown Yellow Labs and Ahlis love these, and if I crumble them, are also devoured by my smaller fish. Also, the ingredients look top-notch and should promote strong coloration without artificial preservatives and colors.
