Arrived on time and as described. I haven’t opened it yet. But this is what we need. It was a bit pricey, but what can we do???? The quality is good cos it’s genuine HP. The printer compatibility works. Easy to install. Functional. Highly recommend!

O.k., I looked at the negative reviews and was apprehensive that this was a camoflauged 'compatible' dealer. I even wrote the seller, expressing reservations, if I did not get the precise advertised item ( 1 five pak box). Well, I did not get the ONE five pak box. I received individual boxes. I noted that all of the boxes WERE in the standard HP color scheme, and all boxes sealed. I checked the boxes and noted something. These boxes had good expiration dates on them but were labeled as 'Malaysia'. I have not seen individual boxes this small, on sale where I have looked. These boxes were meant for the non-US market, where I have seen with other merchandise, the packaging can be different. I checked the cartridges in the printer, and they all worked. Makes no difference to me that the boxes stated 'Malasia' on them, as long as they work with my printer, which they do. As one party stated that if they wanted to buy individual boxes, they could have gotten the ink cheaper, that is possible. You just have to find who has them. I ordered this from HP, three weeks ago, and they never shipped. I just had that order canceled, and a new order placed. The HP salesperson could not explain why the previous order never made it out of the warehouse. Ironically, the new order has sat for THREE DAYS, with zero movement, not even a shipping label produced. I ordered from this seller and had the product in two days.One comment needs to be made. I have a feeling that like as exists with other items, these reviews cover the same item, sold by several vendors. All vendors may not offer the same type of item. Some may be pushing the 'compatible' ink. They use the same color scheme of the HP box, but the box does not have HP on the front, indicating made by HP. They may have an 'XL' in that spot, instead of 'HP'. Simply put, no 'HP' there means it is a compatible, not an HP product, and you take your chances. Do not just look at the COLOR SCHEME of the box, as you can be fooled. I have found, in general, that 'compatible' inks do not work in printers, for one reason or another. If your printer is in warranty, you definitely do not want to use compatible inks, as that may void your warranty.

HP ink always works perfectly.

I love my printer but I definitely do not love the price of ink. for it I believe they could charge half that price and still make a profit but alas they have the corporate greed in their blood The biggest problem is the companies ability to make ink cartridges proprietary What happened to competition and competitive pricing. Everything you buy now a days the price is fixed by the manufacturer not by the market. In the meantime I will only print sparingly and hope one day consumers get protection from these overpriced products I am not a happy User because i know the price makes it that way

HP printer ink! It works better than generics and is easy to use. The value for money is up in the air, as the cost has sky rocketed over the years! These cartridges fit into the printer easily and last for months with prudent printing/copying.

It is always painful when I have to buy ink for my printer. I know there are a lot of off brand ink carts for a lot less money but the OEM HP ink always seems to work better in my HP printer. I would give this item 5 stars if it weren't for the sky high price.

OEM not faulty refills. .XL is the way to go but very over priced.
