I am looking for a pocket tote when I travel. Are these strong /big enough to hold a beach towel and some sunscreen, or small trinkets?

I can't confirm that every beachtowel will fit in this bag. Some are humongous. But a large bathtowel and some trinkets will fit. I have been surprised how handy the bag is, and I don't leave home without one in my purse for whatever surprises me along the way. :)
