Very absorbent, esp for overnight use.
My husband has been wearing adult diapers for just over a year. These have been the most absorbent ones I've found, and can make it thru the night without leaking. They fit is correct also.

Best product for the cost
We use these for overnight protection. They are very absorbent. The top portion is soft, compared to other products where the elastic top is so stiff it hurt my mom’s soft skin. The absorbency is very good, even holding it in after 2 times. The product is also the best price for comparable products.
