I really enjoyed the taste when I added about 1/2 oz of lime juice. Just wondering if the acidity neutralizes / damages any of the ingredients?

I wouldn't think so. The first listed inactive ingredient is malic acid, so the powder is plenty acidic already on its own. Adding a bit of lime juice probably wouldn't hurt anything, but this is just an educated guess.
