Very nice the pictures were just like it when I received it . My neice was totally in love with he Mk back pack / purese

It is made very well , bigger than i though,

I love it but… The larger opening in the back is restrictively small. I did get my MacBook Air in there, but with some wrangling. It won’t be easy to get it in and out especially if there is other stuff in there too. Also, it is only in bright sunlight that you can see a tinge of dark blue. It definitely looks like dark grey. I like grey too, so I’m keeping it. But I suspect I will end up finding another transport for my laptop. And, in addition, it came very wrinkled up in the back. I will try to steam it out but don’t know if that will work.I used a hair dryer on high to warm up the wrinkles, then pressed and pulled with my hands to flatten the area. It worker very well, but you can still see some traces.

Bag broke- stitching came lose on the backpack

I bought the bag for my daughter as a replacement of the exact bag purchased last year. The straps on bag came undone, the sewing, threading all fell apart.

Please understand that those is not Michael Kor bag BUTT MARCO non leather bag. Very disappointed. Will only use occasionally as don't want to lose look thru everyday weather which was my intention. IT IS NOT LEATHER
