A child can eat Turmeric. You can simply add a little pinch to their milk or food. Regarding this supplement - I assume it is because of the high dosage. My kids are now 6/8 and they take this supplement, but turmeric is in our daily diet anyway… a little bite here and there. It all depends on the age and size of your child. I’d just give them a little snippet of the gummie. Incorporate turmeric into their food. You’re doing the right thing… introducing it to kids when they’re young. The later generation are discovering problems with health then trying to add turmeric into their diet now… it doesn’t work like that. It must be a diet change very early on to get the benefits.
