Assembly was pretty easy. The leg where the door mounts was missing a weld bracket. I called the manufacturer and they said it would be 6-8 weeks before I received the part. Other than that I really like the pit. It would have been nice to include a cover and glass wind break for an increased price. I've seen other reviews that say it's hard to start. I have not had this issue, you just make sure no rocks are on the fire ring..... Update 10/10/24. Like some of the other people were saying, it's very hard to lite using the push button sparker. I've had to resort to just use my Dura flame lighter. Lately I've had trouble keeping it lit you have to make sure nothing is obstructing the propane vents.

This propane fire pit is a great deal! It took about an hour to assemble, and have working. Looks good, and puts out the heat. Can't wait to use it more this Fall!

Was looking to replace my old firepit that just stopped working and came across this one. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I was at first attracted to the price. The size was perfect and exactly what I needed for my outdoor space. It’s got a great heatoutput and the style compliments my patio furniture nicely.This comes shipped in a box and requires assembly but it’s so easy to put together. Instructions are clearly written and easy to read. I put it together by myself, closely following the directions and it took about 45 minutes. Once built, it’s a pretty solid piece, does not look or feel cheap. I wanted to give 5 stars but I’m giving 4 because it was so difficult to light. I read the users manual and it was not helpful. It mentioned something about removing and then putting back the battery on the igniter. I was so confused because the manual that came in the box with the pit made absolutely no mention of a battery. I also read the Amazon reviews, searching for any helpful tips but was still not able to resolve my issue. It was frustrating and I was so worried I’d have to take it apart and send back for a replacement. I ended up calling Amazon service and was connected to the manufacturer. Luckily they were able to help me. Turns out the igniter on this pit is a little weird and it’s made like that purposely , kind of like a safety feature/child proof. When lighting, turn it halfway to the left (counter clockwise) until you hear the click, and then you push the knob in and and hold it down for a few seconds and sure enough, it ignites!!! I feel like this info should be included in the product description and also in the users manual.

Easy to follow assembly instructions but after I finished I realized there was a defective part. I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent me replacement parts to make it right. This thing gives off a surprising amount of heat. I’m waiting for it to finally cool down in Texas to start using it. Seems sturdy.

This fireplace came in excellent packaging. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took me maybe 40 minutes to build it. the performance is wonderful.My family will enjoy this a lot!I am beyond pleased with this purchase!
