I need to find a pair for an 8 year old girl who normally wears a size 2-3, what size do I need to order?

I bought a size 2 for my 8 year old and she wears a size 1 to 2 size shoe. They are a little big but she likes them and can grow in them.

Typically it means Women's and/or Men's. In the child and/or toddler size it will have a C for child. Like our daughter is in a size 8/9 toddler so we got her the C9. I hope this helps.
