TC got rid of eye cateracts, reading glasses, migraines, bit of thin hair, arthritis pain, bursitis
My body LOVES the best value Asquared brand of TC. :-) Been taking 2 capsules for 17 months. It sounds too good to be true but it's worked for 4,000 years in India where it's taken (eaten) daily so they don't have much of what we have and it's sure worked for my body. I didn't expect much, I'm not easily influenced and TC still worked like magic.NOTE= NIH National Institute Of Health's online library now has research, info about studies, tests of the effects of TC, and just about everything? So look up the condition or disease or whatever, "turmeric curcumin and NIH" to see what may happen? This natural spice, used in curry, has been used for 4,000 years in India as a preventative and medicine, is anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Asia has been eating ginger daily for 4,000 years as well, is a bit similar but less strong from what I read.TC Works a bit differently for everyone, helps to prevent some things, or cures some things if taken in the early stage, like my 2 eye cataracts that disappeared. The only alerts I've read about is that empty stomachs don't like TC and taking it with a healthy fat with a meal increases absorption. TC somehow makes most have normal blood pressure, so if you're taking BP medicine I read to be aware of BP so it won't go too low with BP medication. I read many can stop BP medicine because BP is normal with TC after awhile? My BP was normal and still is after taking TC for 17 months of 2 capsules of this best value TC every day. You may see fake warnings to not take TC, but it's been taken as food mostly for 4,000 years every day in India with no problems.Continued list of improvements from TC= Plus orthopedic surgery and 3 broken ribs healed faster according to nurses. I saw CNN's Dr Gupta's special on TC in 2019, then a month later I tried taking TC instead of steroids for a neck injury while at rehab healing and recovering from surgery and injuries. I didn't expect much would happen, but boy was I surprised when things were healing well. Then a month after I started taking 2 TC daily, suddenly noticed my "permanent nerve damage caused migraines" had stopped, just disappeared. Then laughed when I saw my reading glasses that were collecting dust, hadn't needed them for months and 17 months later, I still haven't needed reading glasses. . My eye doctor was delighted with the 2 eye cataracts had just disappeared. My eye doctor knew TC can prevent cataracts, etc, but now knows TC can get rid of cataracts. It takes 3 days to 4-8 weeks to see the improvements, with some things take more time like nerve pain or nerve damage take longer to heal if it's healable. My "permanent nerve damage that caused migraines" was healable. I get a migraine once in a blue moon, so I take that day's TC and an hour later the migraine is gone. I'll never know what's being prevented because I just won't get it. Try it to see what it does for you after 2 months and best wishes. :-)

Naturally helps with inflammation and pain
I've got a rare disease called Tarlov Perennial Cyst disease and I had to have my spinal cord operated on and I'm about 1 1/2 yrs post op and Turmeric helps with inflammation and pain. I take 2 capsules in the AM & 2 capsules in the PM. It doesn't take all the pain away but the pain is due to inflammation of the nerves in my spinal cord. So when I don't take it, or if it's time to take another dose in the evening? I can really tell the difference. If you are wondering if this could help you, my suggestion is just give it a try. It does seem to help me. I've been taking the product for over a month now. Turmeric is a spice used in cooking and has been around for a very long time. I feel safe when taking this product, not like so many other types of medications and OTC supplements. I have yet to have any problems taking it. No upset stomach, lower GI issues.... Nothing.Best of luck to you!

Very satisfied
I've been taking this Turmeric product for several years and believe it helps with the inflammation in my knees. That is the reason I started taking it. I believe it's, also, been a benefit to my body as an anti oxident, as well.A big plus, too, is that it's made in USA!

Great effective product with positive results
Turmeric and this brand in particular hits all the right spots. Two and a half years I had pain in my left knee, both shoulders and my right elbow. I was walking with a cane at times. After taking Turmeric for a couple weeks the pain decreased and for the last two years I have been virtually pain free with great movement in all my joints. I’m not using any other pain control. I tried another cheaper brand at the big W and started to feel pain again so switched back to ASquared through Amazon. I have recommended it for many people that are in pain

Good But Not Perfect
Good price for the quantity but I don’t care for the smell. Also pills tend to cause heartburn.

This supplement is awesome!
I was told by my PA to try turmeric with black pepper. I did my research and found this product. I am very happy with this product. I have joint pain in my fingers and hands along with elbows and all other joints. The pain in my hands and fingers was bad enough to keep me awake at night. I only took we 3 day to notice my pain went away after taking this product. I have been using it faithfully and have told others how well it works. Thank you for making this product and helping me become painfree!!! Diane K

Helps with joint inflammation.
Have been using this product for past 3-4 years or so and it seems to work very well for helping to curb/control the joint inflammation from my continuing to degenerate cervical spine and L/shoulder. I am 79 years of age and have had lumbar spine surgery back in 2015 at Stanford with good results. Also have a rt. labral tear in my hip joint.
