Can this dispenser be used for daily lotion? (not thick consistency)

Hello, and thank you for your inquiry. The SONO soap dispenser is designed for liquid soap, and therefore we cannot lend any recommendation on using it for lotion. However, if it is not a thick consistency it should still perform with no problem. Let us know if we can assist further.

Can this work to dispense hand lotion?

Due to the varying consistencies of lotion and that some are thick the soap dispenser may not perform properly. Should you decide to give it a try please feel free to post a reply or review here for others.

What brand soap is recommended for this dispenser? I used a thick yellow soap that didn’t work.

Hello, and thank your for your inquiry. The SONO soap dispensers are designed for regular liquid soap. Abrasive or thick soaps may prevent the pump mechanism from functioning properly, and therefor we do not recommend for that use. To help with thicker soaps you can add 1-2 tsp of water to the soap so it is not so thick.
