When these first arrived, I loved them. The look great and have great features as well as fit well. But not even a month and one week later, they are no longer usable. At first, one of the ear buds would fade out and then it stopped working all together. So only one of the earbuds was working at this point, then not even a week later the other starts fading out if I move a certain angle and the audio quality is so quiet, in order to listen I have to turn the volume up all the way. I always take great care of my earbuds since I use them so often so I have no idea what could have caused the issues. If I could still return this I would but since its been just over a month, the option is no longer available. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Looks very fancy, it comes with a bix to save it and like the idea of puttin magnets to keep them together...However i bough it las year before i travel in Dec. to replace the old iphones headphones that are destroyed but still working perfect (just didnt wanna deal with that while im traveling...So i bought this one and a wireless too, to entertain with this one in the airplane and the other one when im in the airports or sleeping ... you get me.Anyway my dreams were hit by reality ... this good looking "guys" couldn't work in the airplane (thanks God the witeless one bring a cable too), didn't work on my amazon tablet, neither with my macbook or my iphone...that crap had the plug design super bad... you can hear some sound when you move the plug inside of the equipment...what a relieve -.-

SECOND EDIT Customer service contacted me to offer a replacement right after i posted a bad review. They asked me to update my review, i edited it to say we were happy that we were offered a replacement and would update again after the replacement came in (provided they didn't break in the first 5 minutes of use again) and we waited, well i forgot about it for several months (original purchase was in august or september for back to school and it is now MAY) I was just reviewing other products and came across this. We never received the replacement. Back to 1 star thanks very much for the crap product and worse customer service!!FIRST EDIT I was contacted after review posted to offer a replacement for the broke pair. Haven't received them yet so i can't say if they are better than the first pair but i am happy the company took the time to correct the situation.ORIGINAL REVIEWExtremely disappointed. These broke within a few minutes of opening them. My daughter was using them on her computer and when she tugged on them a bit the wire attaching the ear pieces to the volume control broke off. She was devastated (she is 9) as she loved them and they actually fit her nicely.

I loved these earphones and the magnets on the back are great with keeping the wires from getting tangled. My only problem is how fast they started malfunctioning (within 3 months), even though I took very good care of them. For some reason, certain frequencies of everything I hear is missing and everything sounds wonky. I'm not sure why there would be such a weird problem and would really like the seller to explain this to me.

Awful that is the sound quality in one word. It's brassy and my crisp clear lecture recordings would be butchered with fuzz and this metallic tone. It would be randomly have static that are way louder than what I would be listening to and thus hurt my ears. If the wire shifts slightly the sound becomes distorted. Headphones I had bought 10 years ago have better sound quality than this!!! I thought I would try something new and these were a pretty metallic pink color. I will be sticking to my Sony ear buds, $5 cheaper and always consistently more reliable.

These are only okay at best. The sound quality is not great, it's kinda compressed. Not to mention the fact that the 'volume options' are literally just: 1. a slider that can't actually change the volume on a device but instead just adjusts the volume of the headphones, for which the default is pretty quiet to being with, and then adjusting just makes it quieter until it mutes it: and 2. a minuscule black switch that apparently is supposed to give you the option for the best quality based on your device and whatever input works best for it, nothing happens when I flip it though. Neither of these settings was helpful to me in the slightest. There's also a small button on the back that has a phone symbol on it, apparently, its supposed to let you answer calls or something, which again, is useless to me. Yes, they are cute and Yes, they are physically decent quality, but in all honesty, I recommend that you don't waste your time with these, go ahead and spend a couple more bucks to get something superior.

these don't work very well, and they have a terrible built in microphone so they are worse than useless for phone calls or conference calls. I like the magnet that keeps the earbuds together when you aren't using them, but the sound quality is terrible such that watching videos where people are talking is almost incomprehensible because so much of the sound waves are cut out or distorted.

I like the color of these headphones (I bought the pink gold, which is a little more on the pink side than typical rose gold). I think the magnetized buds are a nice feature since it helps with keeping the earphones out of the way and untangled. I was also pleasantly surprised that they were shipped out in a small circular case with some earbud squishy replacements. The case is very useful and I like it for travelling around on a day to day basis. It makes them safe in your bag and easier to find.I think the sound quality of these earphones is pretty good, though not the best I've ever had. Sometimes the sound feels a little sharp (even at lower volumes) They work pretty nicely though, for casual use. The earphones block out noise.
