Good Product and Reliable Warranty support
We've been using the Agaro rice cooker for over 10 months, and it’s been consistently helpful for everyday cooking. When an E2 error appeared, their warranty service was smooth—they replaced the outer unit within a week. I’m giving it 4 stars since the issue occurred within a year of normal use, and it’s uncertain how reliable the product and support will be after the warranty. That said, their warranty service deserves 5 stars.

I purchased the Agaro Rice Cooker about six months ago, and initially, it worked like a charm. It cooked rice perfectly and was a convenient addition to my kitchen. However, after about six months of regular use, the unit unfortunately developed a fault and stopped working correctly.Naturally, I was disappointed, but since the product was still under warranty, I reached out to Agaro's customer service. This is where Agaro truly impressed me. The process for getting a replacement was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Product is good and Im using it for more than 2 years and quite useful. Just put the rice for cooking and forgot. Moreover I love the customer care service provided by the Agaro. They are very supportive and give right guidance. With their help I was able to replace my old one with new.

The product is good. It is easy to use. After buying I had some issue with the product and I contacted the after sales team for assistance. AGARO's sales team is really great and offer seamless assistance solving the problem without any hassles. I was in contact with Ms. Anusmita, she continuously helped to solve the issue and as a customer I didn't had to chase them..infact Ms. Anusmita made sure to update everyday and solved the issue at the earliest. Worth and very user friendly product
Absolutely love the AGARO Regal 3L Rice Cooker! The ceramic inner pot cooks both white and brown rice perfectly, and cleaning is super easy. I’ve also made porridge with no spills or sticking. The steel steamer is great for veggies, and the Keep Warm function keeps everything fresh for hours.The presets, timer, and LED display are simple to use, even for busy days. Bonus points for the stylish black design. I had a small query, and AGARO’s support was quick and helpful. Totally worth it—highly recommended!
