Excellent product. I am using it for 18 months without any problem. It has got inbuilt protection for dry heat, i.e heating without water also.Customer care is also very prompt and effective.

Good product for daily use for minimal cooking, less weight, Better functionality

I used this for around 6 months and by chance it stopped working. I contacted company customer care and very happy that they understood the problem and gave me a new product in replacement. I appreciate the quality of service they provide after purchase if you face and problem in product.

After 7 months i was facing some issue but after complaining they replaced it and give me another product and it works but the another product I got it was refurbished maybe because it is little weak then the new one after replacement.

After one month use, I faced some difficulty with the kettle. But since it was in warranty period, Agaro customer service helped me to replace it within 1-2 weeks. So, I can say it's a good buy 👍
