I assume you're looking for the inside width between wheels to figure out whether your cooler fits. On the 45 Qt wheels, the base plate is 13.75" W, the smallest inside width near the axel is 15.25", the width at the tire tread is 15.75".

Will they work on Cabela's ice chest?

It straps through the slots at the top under the lid. Not sure about yours
