I did not get a scoop and the directions only tell how much water per scoop. If I start w/ 1/4 cup, how much should I add or remove to make one scoop?

Hello, One scoop is equivalent to 1/2cup which is also 48g.

It has a nice little kick to it but to even it out use sour cream
