Does what it’s supposed to do
I’ll be honest - it’s just a metal sieve. It works wonderfully for what it’s supposed to do, fits easily in my drawer in my apartment, and survives the dishwasher - what more could I ask for? It’s sturdy, the mesh isn’t flimsy or crumbling in like you see sometimes with poorly made mesh sieves.

Useful for rinsing rice and straining small grains. Might work to sift flour or powdered sugar but haven’t tried that.

Exactly what I wanted! I had those cheap plastic ones before, and it was great for years. until I started to use it on top of my cast iron as an oil spill stopper, it started to melt. So I figured it's time for an upgrade. Specifically looking for a metal around so I don't need to worry about the same issue again. Seems and feels like great stainless steel, the size is PERFECT. washed and raised it yesterday, and it seems legit. will throw it into my dishwasher and see how it turns out on the plastic handle.
