can i put this item in the baby bath

That depends how big your baby bath is. Mine was from mamas and papas and it fitted in there just perfectly.

Is it suitable for 6 months plus?

My son is 6 months and weighs almost 19lbs. He’s not incredibly ‘tall’ either. I noticed tonight he is getting too big. We will be looking for a sit down bath seat now as I feel this would be more suitable for his age and weight.

Is this suitable for twins? I'd like to use two, but want to know if it's safe to leave one whilst attending to the other?

I would say it depends on how mobile they are. I had twins and never used it because when they were very small I used a baby bath and then as they got a bit bigger we used to put them in the main bath with just a bit of water. As long as you don't leave them I think they'd be fine because you'd still be right there.
