Good for a long summer bike ride or an intensive spin session.
Tastes good with various flavours available. I usually put two scoops in a 750ml water bottle and have another with pain water for a bike ride.

I love it so much i am almost out and it's been a week
Despite my prior concerns about taste, I tried it (I got the lemon, lime flavor) and it's like a sweet bitter lemonade, as someone with PoTs it's extremely important I have LOTS of electrolytes so I drink at least 2l of this a day but usually around 4.I personally found it a little hard to resolve the powder at first but worked out if I "sprinkle" the powder on the surface of the water while stirring it dissolves almost instantly which is a massive positive. Even when I get a little bit of unmixed powder It just tastes like sherbert, so I'm really not bothered.My only improvement would be being able to get this in bigger tubs, as I know a lot of people with PoTs get electrolytes powder (especially ones that are good value like this) and need a lot more than the average consumer

Good value and all the nutrients you could ever want.
The flavour is a slightly on the artificial side though but otherwise a nice buy.

Does exactly what it says on the label. Mixes well with water - no annoying lumps. Lovely zesty flavour for post workout boost.

Great for energy maintenance
Great tasting product which dissolves easily into water. Definitely contributes to maintaining energy levels during golf competitions. Much better product than high sugar drinks. Good value for money.

3 tubs later and im reviewing this
Superb product. After a 12 mile run about a year ago i felt strangely weak after a bit of research i found it was due to electrolytes or lack of them. Anyway a year down the line i swear by this stuff. If i could post screenshots here i would 2 weeks ago i ran out. I ran at a 7.30 minute mile pace for 8 miles and dropped had to pull right up for 2 miles and was drained. Miles 9 and 10 at 8.50 a mile. Anyway same route plus 2 extra miles today had a pint of electrolyte through the night then half pint in the morning before run. 12 miles at 6.58 avg a mile and still felt good at the end. This stuff works fact. Also use the sis rego for after a run which also is a 5 star product.
