Q: What if I can’t remove the current insoles in my shoes? Is it ok to place these over the top of the existing ones?

Why don't you grab a loose insole from another pair of shoes and find out. The answer is probably no unless you have some free space in your shoe in which case your foot would be not well supported

I'm a frequent sufferer of shin splints and haven't suffered using these, so they may well help you.

Q: Hi Purchased this however sizing on package does not seem to be correct as now does not fit my boots correctly.

They come in a size 12,but theres marks on the back that shows you where to cut them down to your own size,if that helps. If youre a size 12 and theyre still too small id return if you can for a bigger size.

The womens option in this range fits sizes 5-8 so if you are a size 7 I would recommend purchasing the womens version as an alternative.
